'Klosterstube' for up to 36 guests and 'Bräugewölbe' for up to 95 guests
The Irseer Klosterbräur draws its inspiration from the hearty fare enjoyed by the monks in olden times. In both their brewing and cooking, the monks used only the finest natural ingredients. Experts in the use of spices, herbs and marinading and pickling techniques, they produced delicious dishes. Our menu offers specialties of the Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine, such as Crisply Roasted Pig in Dark Beer Gravy, Marinated Roast Wild Boar Brewer's Fry with Fried Potatoes and Crisp Chunks of Roast Pork and Duck, Fried Pike Perch, or homemade Cheese Spätzle Noodles.
Celebration or Excursion - whether on a small or big scale - guests have valued the originality and friendliness of our brewery restaurant since centuries.
